Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Diego, CA to stock, organize, and manage inventory while supporting shipping and receiving. You will prepare customer orders, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure accuracy in inventory counts in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires 1 year of warehouse distribution experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, and basic math skills. Forklift certification is preferred; training may be provided after hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift and handle freight up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English; bilingual in Spanish may be required in some locations.
• Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
