Motion is hiring a Senior Warehouse Associate in Poway, CA to manage shipping and receiving for the location. You will pick, check, and pack orders, prepare items for delivery, and secure shipments to customers.

The role may involve forklift operation and mentoring junior staff, with emphasis on accuracy and safety. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related warehouse experience, basic math/reading skills, and numerical inventory handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related warehouse experience.
• Basic math and reading comprehension required for accurate order processing.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems used for inventory and shipping.
• Forklift operation certification and safe handling practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine items to be picked, checked, and shipped from sales orders.
• Pull orders and recheck for accuracy before delivery.
• Prepare items for customer delivery and secure packages for transport.
• Process customer returns to distribution or fulfillment centers.
• Organize inventory on racks and shelves per MINO coding.
• Report damaged inventory to warehouse supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• May operate a forklift and mentor junior staff.
