Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of residential plumbing experience, including supervisory/lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing for single-family or multi-family construction.
• Familiarity with Indiana plumbing codes, inspection procedures, and permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing operations at residential new construction sites.
• Assign, schedule, and manage crews; monitor attendance, productivity, and workmanship quality.
• Review blueprints, site plans, and job specifications to ensure proper layout and installation.
• Ensure all plumbing systems meet state and local codes, job specs, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site superintendents, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field crews.
• Manage material orders, deliveries, and inventory across multiple active job sites.
• Conduct routine quality assurance inspections to verify compliance and performance.
• Maintain safety culture with toolbox talks, safety audits, and OSHA/KEP standards.
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen toward licensing and skill development.
• Maintain records of work progress, incidents, materials, and labor using digital tools.
