SI Staffing, Inc. seeks a Plumbing Shop Assistant Supervisor in Baltimore, MD, to lead the plumbing shop, coordinate staff, review work orders, and ensure safe, compliant maintenance and installation activities.

This role reports to the Shop Supervisor and requires a Journeyman license in related trades and supervisory experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, developing training materials, and monitoring CMMS data (Maximo) to improve productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman license in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades preferred.
• 6+ years in the trade with 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Experience coordinating communication between management and staff.
• Proficiency with CMMS and preparing reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily shop operations and coordinate staff activities.
• Monitor work orders and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to employees.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Track performance metrics and CMMS data.
