Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Financial Analyst/ Plant Accountant for an on-site role in central Nebraska. The role supports centralized corporate accounting functions and compliance, with responsibilities spanning reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting for the plant and US facilities.

Relocation assistance is available for candidates in surrounding states, and sponsorship is not offered. CPA preferred and Plex ERP experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or similar field.
• 5 years of experience in accounting field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or accounting firm.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems a must – Plex preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for corporate ledgers using ERP.
• Prepare journal entries as part of the monthly close process.
• Develop timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis for plant operations.
• Support budgets, forecasts and strategic plans for the business.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and work with external auditors as needed.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities for corporate and US facilities.
