Job summary

Ambius is seeking a Plant Care Specialist to visit client sites and maintain healthy plant displays. You’ll perform grooming, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and moisture checks while preventing water-related damage to interiors.

Strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and plant care experience are preferred. The role includes installations, holiday décor projects, and maintaining scenting/air-purification equipment across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for plants preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant care by grooming, watering, pruning, and fertilizing as needed.
• Prevent damage to floors, walls, and furniture from water and moisture.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of plants and containers.
• Recognize and communicate additional Ambius product needs to grow the business.
• Assist on plantscape installations including interior/exterior projects.
• Assist on holiday decoration installations and removal.
• Maintain scenting and air purification equipment as necessary.
• Demonstrate solid communication and problem-solving skills.
• Regularly drive a service van/truck in urban and rural settings.
• Safely climb ladders and use pruning tools.
