Job summary

Ambius is seeking a Plant Care Specialist to service client sites across multiple locations, delivering expert plant care including grooming, watering, pruning, and soil management. You will help maintain displays, monitor moisture, and ensure a clean, healthy environment while coordinating with customers and team members.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and strong communication skills, with opportunities for growth within a respected plantcare and ambient

Qualifications

• Experience caring for plants preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant care at customer sites, including grooming, watering, pruning, and debris removal.
• Maintain plant displays and containers to keep them clean and pest-free.
• Monitor soil moisture and fertilize as needed.
• Assist on plantscape installations and holiday decorations.
• Maintain scenting and air purification equipment as required.
• Drive a service vehicle safely in urban and rural settings.
