Job summary

A construction and equipment supply company is looking for an experienced Piping and Pump Mechanic to support installations and service projects in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience with water and wastewater systems, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time on-site role with a working schedule from Monday to Friday with emergency on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground piping, well pump service, and wastewater system installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of water and wastewater systems.
• Install basic controls including VFD systems.
• Travel to local customer locations for services.
