Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
• Knowledge of Medicine and clinical best practices relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and general health conditions.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, including effective communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
• Experience or interest in Home Care services, including developing and monitoring home exercise programs.
• Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nebraska.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and manage a varied caseload.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
• CPR/First Aid certification and adherence to safety and infection control standards.
• Prior clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings is preferred.
