Job summary

Bad Dragon in Phoenix, AZ seeks a skilled Digital Artist to join the marketing team. You will blend illustrations, photography, and text to craft compelling assets for desktop, mobile, email, display ads, and social channels.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom is essential, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design principles and a responsive workflow. The role is full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with relocation support for out-of-state candidates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design (preferred)
1+ year of professional experience as an in-house graphic designer or production artist
Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite with focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom
Demonstrated design portfolio showing typography, layout, and photography
Understanding of core digital marketing principles
Strong self-organization and time management for high-volume projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/Docs

Responsibilities

Create digital assets supporting marketing campaigns for website, app, emails, ads, and social media
Design marketing materials (print ads, banners, kits, apparel, flyers, etc.)
Follow brand standards and art direction from designers and managers
Collaborate with teams on project stages and implement requested changes
Ensure high-quality, high-resolution assets with accurate colors and file sizes
Organize and archive production assets for weekly launches
