Job summary

GrowSciences is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer to own the execution of marketing materials across print, packaging, signage, digital collateral, social content, and event assets. This on-site role requires independent work from briefs with strong creative judgment and brand alignment.

Applicants should bring proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite, with attention to cannabis packaging standards and multistate branding across our footprint.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of the cannabis plant.
• Knowledge and understanding of current medical and recreational marijuana laws.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials across print and digital — brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, social graphics, event materials, and other branded assets.
• Support dispensary/market-specific marketing and corporate campaigns across multiple states.
• Conceptualize and develop creative solutions from briefs or objectives with minimal direction.
• Apply cannabis packaging compliance requirements.
• Maintain and elevate GrowSciences brand standards across all materials.
• Provide input on briefs and concepts and propose better solutions.
