Qualifications

• Ability to travel locally and perform night/weekend shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and refining referral management for medical initiatives.
• Input and retrieve patient data across EHR, DEERS, and related systems.
• Refer referrals to physicians when consensus is not reached within timelines.
• Elevate referrals for higher level review as required and monitor timelines.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly utilization reports using EHR/TRICARE tools.
• Ensure adherence to DHA, BUMED, TRICARE policies and clinical guidelines.
