Responsibilities

• Input and retrieve patient information across EHR, DEERS, and related systems.
• Refer to physician advisor when consensus cannot be reached.
• Submit monthly/quarterly utilization reports.
• Manage referrals for various beneficiary categories and ensure compliant processing.
• Educate and improve processes within the referral management center.
