SelectRx is seeking an on-site Staff Pharmacist (PV2) to verify medications and dispense prescriptions accurately. You will engage with prescribers and patients, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while supporting a high-touch patient experience.

Qualified candidates hold a Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy, with knowledge of PioneerRx and strong communication skills. This role involves production-floor presence and supervision of technicians within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. or Pharm.D. from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Knowledge and understanding of PioneerRx clinical software system.
• Active license by the State Board of Pharmacy to practice in the state.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions and dispense in compliance with laws.
• Perform initial verification of prescriptions in the SelectRx system.
• Monitor drug therapy and potential interactions for patient safety.
• Counsel patients and discuss medication information as required.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Maintain policies and procedures within the Pharmacy Department.
