The Pharmacy Hub in Florida is seeking a PV2 Pharmacist to perform final prescription verification during nightly operations and ensure regulatory compliance. This role supports a 24/7 fulfillment model and requires careful review before prescription fulfillment and shipment to patients.

The PV2 Pharmacist must work efficiently in a high-volume setting, maintain accurate records, and adhere to DEA and FDA guidelines while collaborating with PV1 pharmacists and fulfillment staff.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Licensure: Must hold an active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Florida; additional state licenses are a plus.
• Experience: New grads are welcome to apply.

Aufgaben

• PV2 verification of prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations including DEA/FDA guidelines.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure medication safety before fulfillment.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, PV1 pharmacists and fulfillment staff.
• Monitor productivity metrics and support shift operations.
