Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in OK or ability to obtain quickly.
• PharmD or equivalent degree required.
• Experience with compounding infused drugs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept and dispense prescription medications.
• Monitor patient medication adherence and safety.
• Ensure medicines are legally compliant and properly sourced.
• Advise patients about medicines, dosing, side effects and interactions.
• Provide services such as smoking cessation, BP measurement, and cholesterol management.
• Maintain confidential patient records and pharmacy files.
• Supervise staff and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team.
