Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in OK.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required.
• Experience with compounding infused drugs.
• Proven record of evaluating and monitoring drug therapies for home care patients.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Participation in professional societies desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept and dispense prescription medications.
• Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns.
• Ensure that the supply of medicines is within the law.
• Ensure medicines prescribed are suitable for patients.
• Maintain confidential patient records and pharmacy files.
• Advise patients about medicines, dosing, and interactions.
• Provide consultations on prescription and non-prescription medications.
