You will drive projects and mentor technical staff as part of site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Significant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, validation, and technical services teams.
• Establish and manage maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Drive root cause analysis and CAPAs to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and implement qualification strategies and lifecycle management for systems.
