Qualifications

• At least 2 years in legal or insurance-related roles preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via telephone and in person
• Order medical records and coordinate with providers
• Collect documents to support injury or liability cases
• Liaise with insurance carriers and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with coworkers to manage case files
• Maintain organized case files
• Prepare demands and support submissions to carriers
• Present case summaries to attorneys
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney guidance
• Perform other related duties as assigned
