Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years in permit coordination, construction operations, or permitting (Florida experience preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required; related field degree helpful.
• Familiarity with Florida Building Codes and local Tampa Bay permitting processes; strong organization and communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with online permitting portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage permit applications and paperwork submission to city/county offices; ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Coordinate with construction managers and design teams to gather required documents (drawings, approvals).
• Communicate permit status and timelines to keep projects on schedule; provide updates to homeowners/clients as needed.
• Direct and supervise installation teams, coordinating with Production and Sales Managers to resolve scheduling issues.
• Review work orders to identify required materials; create and submit purchase orders; track orders from purchase to delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with warehouse organization, and support returns or damaged materials.
• Conduct welcome calls with new customers and handle service issues via CRM notes and resolutions.
