Job summary

Sp-Management-Services-Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse – Perioperative to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on the unit. This on-site role requires collaboration with physicians and the care team to coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license with CPR certification; BSN preferred. Prior perioperative experience is may be advantageous. On-site duties with standard nursing responsibilities and safety protocols apply.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed in the state with CPR certification.
• BSN degree preferred; hospital orientation may be provided.
• Experience in perioperative or related care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on assigned unit.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients and coordinate care.
• Document assessments and care plans per policy.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for discharge planning.
• Maintain age-specific standards of care for all patients.
