Job summary

Kalman & Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a program on-site at the Pentagon. Candidates must reside within 15–30 miles of the Pentagon and hold an Active Secret Clearance.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in program management, a Master’s in Business or Engineering, and PMP or DAWIA certification. The selected candidate will lead planning, budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance efforts, serving as the primary liaison to the CO and COR while ensuring

Minimum of 5 years of relevant program management experience.
Master's in Business or Engineering required.
PMP certification or DAWIA Program Management Certification required.
Must live within a 15-30 mile radius of the Pentagon.
US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing efforts in response to task requirements.
Formulate, communicate, and enforce quality work standards.
Monitor progress and resolve issues impacting delivery of capability.
Ensure compliance with all administrative and contractual requirements.
Serve as point of contact for the CO and the COR.
Be available to the CO and COR via telephone and email during normal duty hours and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
