Job summary

Kalman & Company seeks an experienced Program Manager to support an on-site Pentagon program. The role requires US citizenship, an Active Secret Clearance, and within 15-30 miles of the Pentagon.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, enforcing quality standards, and ensuring contractual compliance. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience and hold a Master’s in Business or Engineering, with PMP or DAWIA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing efforts in response to task requirements.
• Formulate, communicate, and enforce quality work standards.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues impacting the successful delivery of capability.
• Ensure compliance with all administrative and contractual requirements.
• Serve as point of contact for the CO and the COR.
• Be available to the CO and COR via telephone and email during normal duty hours and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• US citizenship is required.
• An Active Secret Clearance is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must live within a 15-30 mile radius of the Pentagon.
