Kalman and Company seeks an experienced Program Manager to support a Pentagon-based program on-site. Candidates must live within 15–30 miles of the Pentagon and hold an Active Secret Clearance.

The role requires at least five years of relevant experience and a Master’s in Business or Engineering, with PMP or DAWIA PM certification. The position is tied to a proposal effort with a salary range of $125,000 to $195,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Program Management experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Must live within 15–30 miles of the Pentagon.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing for the program.
• Formulate, communicate, and enforce quality work standards.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues impacting delivery of capability.
• Ensure compliance with all administrative and contractual requirements.
• Serve as point of contact for CO and COR.
• Be available to CO and COR during normal hours and respond within 24 hours.
