Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based role in Ann Arbor, MI. You will provide therapy services to PreK-12 students, conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educators, parents, and therapists.

The ideal candidate has OT credentials, state licensure, and NBCOT certification, with a focus on sensory integration and student progress. On-site position with guaranteed hours and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• BS, Master, OTD or PhD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• State License as Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT Certification.
• Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to students in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop IEP plans.
• Evaluate progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents).
• Manage case load and documentation with strong communication.
