Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support our clinical trials on site. The role blends clinical duties (phlebotomy, vitals, ECGs) with study coordination and data entry, requiring attention to detail and strong communication with the study team and participants.

The position is temporary, on-site only, with opportunities to contribute to regulatory documentation and sponsor reporting while maintaining study logs.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, or in a related healthcare role preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required or strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clinical research experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recruitment through pre-screening and scheduling
• Prepare source documentation and visit binders for study visits
• Request and manage medical records as needed
• Ensure completion of e-diaries by study participants
• Check patients in and out for study visits
• Coordinate participant compensation
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally
• Maintain inventory of lab and study supplies
• Perform phlebotomy (blood draws) and specimen processing
• Obtain vital signs and perform EKGs/ECGs
• Maintain accurate study documentation and master logs (ICF, enrollment, patient IDs, etc.)
• Enter data into EDC systems and resolve queries within 24 hours
• Maintain daily temperature logs and regulatory documentation
• Record adverse events and assist with sponsor reporting requirements
• Support additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned
