Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as Medical Assistant, EMT, or related healthcare role preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required or strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clinical research experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recruitment through pre-screening and scheduling.
• Prepare source documentation and visit binders for study visits.
• Request and manage medical records as needed.
• Ensure completion of e-diaries by study participants.
• Check patients in and out for study visits.
• Coordinate participant compensation.
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
• Maintain inventory of lab and study supplies.
• Perform phlebotomy (blood draws) and specimen processing.
• Obtain vital signs and perform EKGs/ECGs.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and master logs (ICF, enrollment, patient IDs, etc.).
• Enter data into EDC systems and resolve queries within 24 hours.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and regulatory documentation.
• Record adverse events and assist with sponsor reporting requirements.
• Support additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
