Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an on-site PCB Inspector/Assembler to support post-assembly, serialization and component insertion tasks. You will verify thru-hole/SMT circuitry and perform lead and lead-free soldering while following manufacturing docs with minimal supervision.

We seek candidates with 1–2 years in manufacturing and 2–3 years in Quality, plus IPC 610 or J Standard certifications. Join a safety‑driven team committed to excellence and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Two to three years in Quality preferred.
• Knowledge of soldering tools including removal and part handling.
• Current J Standard Certification or IPC 610 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs post-assembly, serializing and component insertion tasks.
• Verifies thru-hole and SMT circuitry.
• Performs lead and lead-free soldering operations.
• Identifies parts and polarity on PCBs.
• Ensures products meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Works from manufacturing documentation with minimal supervision.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and follows safety procedures.
