Eldon C. Stutsman, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple FEINs. This on-site, hourly role reports to the HR Manager at our Hills, Iowa location.

The ideal candidate will manage timekeeping inquiries, perform payroll audits, and support HR with internal controls and quarterly/year-end tasks. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, business or related field.
• 3–5 years payroll processing experience or equivalent.
• Experience with multiple FEINs preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including data entry, data processing and HRIS
• Ability to explain base pay, taxes and overtime calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple FEINs.
• Act as main point of contact for payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
• Audit, balance and correct payroll documents and prepare deductions.
• Assist with audits and support HR team with payroll tasks.
• Generate payroll reports and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support year-end payroll activities and process special runs.
