• Basic understanding of insurance claims processing and reimbursement.
• Experience with healthcare or dental practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve EOBs from multiple payer portals and post payments, adjustments, and denials accurately.
• Investigate payment variances and underpayments; reconcile accounts and update information.
• Research discrepancies and escalate issues; collaborate with the billing team to resolve problems.
• Identify recurring denial trends and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
