Qualifications

• Basic understanding of insurance claims processing and reimbursement.
• Experience with healthcare or dental practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Payment Posting: Retrieve EOBs, post payments/adjustments/denials, and ensure postings comply with payer guidelines.
• Research & Reconciliation: Investigate variances, underpayments, and missing information; resolve issues with billing teams.
• Denial Support: Review denials, prepare corrected claims and appeals, and identify recurring trends.
• Collaborate with the revenue cycle team to improve reimbursement and reduce payment issues.
