Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking an on-site Virtual Monitoring Attendant to support nursing staff by continuously observing patients through remote camera monitoring. This role emphasizes safety, dignity and confidentiality within a patient-centered environment.

Full-time, 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.) with every-other weekend/holiday as scheduled. You will maintain constant observation, communicate clearly with caregivers, and escalate concerns to the nursing team as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of continuous monitoring of up to 16 patients.
• Ability to communicate verbally, calmly and courteously in stressful situations.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains visual observation at all times via remote monitoring.
• Communicates with staff to relay patient information and safety concerns.
• Ensures patient comfort, safety and privacy; escalates issues to nursing staff as needed.
