Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking an on-site Virtual Monitoring Attendant to assist the nursing staff in monitoring patients via remote cameras. This role supports safety, comfort and dignity, with a 12-hour night shift and part-time schedule to cover evenings and weekends.

The successful candidate will maintain continuous observation of up to 12 patients, communicate clearly with teams, and uphold patient confidentiality while using standard computer systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate calmly and clearly in stressful situations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times.
• Proficient with basic computer systems used for monitoring.

Responsibilities
