CPC Integrated Health in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Patient Accounts Billing Specialist to verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations while maintaining accurate client accounts. This in-person role collaborates with clinical and billing teams to resolve reimbursement issues and ensure a smooth financial experience for clients.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in billing/AR, a high school diploma, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years' experience in billing/Accounts Receivable.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience with prior authorizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify client insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Obtain and manage insurance authorizations.
• Process and follow up on PE, NJMHAPP, and subsidy applications.
• Collect financial information for clients receiving subsidized services.
• Work collaboratively with the Billing team to resolve billing issues promptly and accurately.
• Support additional billing and revenue cycle functions as assigned.
