Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Associate Specialist to ensure accurate patient registration and access within the healthcare revenue cycle. You will be the first onsite contact, handling data entry, insurance information, and communications to support POS collections and clean claim rates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• CRCR certification within 6 months of hire.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographic, insurance, and other information; obtain payments and discuss POS options.
• Explain general consent forms and obtain signatures; distribute patient education documents.
• Review eligibility in the insurance verification system and enter benefit data for POS and billing.
• Operate the switchboard for incoming/outgoing calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Adhere to policies and provide compassionate customer service with patients.
• Audit accounts and provide data to Patient Access leadership to meet audit standards.
