Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation, including AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and collect demographic and insurance data.
• Verify and process physician orders and insurance information.
• Assist with point-of-service collections and payer communications.
• Explain consent forms and obtain signatures.
• Adhere to privacy and compliance guidelines.
• Assist with audits and data entry to support POS and billing.
