Responsibilities

• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Collect insurance information and verify eligibility.
• Receive and process physician orders; use overlay tool while delivering excellent customer service.
• Explain and obtain necessary patient signatures on consent and education documents.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software and manage related forms and notices.
