Job summary

AH Group is seeking an On-Site Account Representative in Lima, OH to manage inventory and logistics of spare parts at the customer site. You will interact with customers and suppliers to ensure timely gathering, recording and shipping of parts, with ERP tracking provided during training.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to perform light physical tasks associated with parts handling. ERP experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Effective communication via phone, email and in person.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical labor involved in gathering and shipping parts.
• ERP experience is a plus, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Gather industrial machine spare parts from designated areas within the facility.
• Enter part data into ERP system for tracking purposes.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and vendors to follow up on transactions.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts to and from suppliers.
• Build good relationships with customers at the site.
