Job summary

AH Group of Companies seeks an On-Site Account Representative to manage inventory and logistics of industrial spare parts at a customer facility. You will be embedded on the plant floor, ensuring failed parts are identified, tracked, and shipped quickly to minimize downtime.

As the frontline, you will maintain clear communications, prioritize urgent orders, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep downtime to a minimum and production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, phone and in-person interactions.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Customer-first mindset with high level of service and responsiveness.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; manage multiple open transactions.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting/moving parts.
• Proficiency with computers; data entry and learning new software systems.
• Reliable, punctual and self-directed on a customer site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the daily point of contact for the customer at the facility level.
• Proactively identify and collect failed components from the plant floor.
• Enter and maintain part data in the ERP system in real time.
• Maintain proactive supplier and vendor communication; follow up on open orders.
• Coordinate full shipping and receiving cycle for parts; verify counts and conditions.
• Prioritize downtime prevention and escalation of delays to protect plant uptime.
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and communications.
• Assist with physical handling and movement of parts on-site.
