Virtua Health is seeking a registered nurse for a PACU/acute care role. The position features a 12‑hour day shift (7:00 am to 7:30 pm) three days per week with on‑call requirements for weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have PACU, Critical Care, or Emergency Room experience and hold an NJ RN license. ACLS, PALS and BLS are required, with competitive hourly compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have valid NJ RN License.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate a care team.
• PACU, ICU or ER experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs patient assessment and develops, implements and evaluates a plan of care.
• Administers, monitors and documents therapeutic interventions.
• Effectively manages rapidly changing clinical situations.
• Participates in clinical decision-making.
