Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Administer, monitor and document therapies.
• Manage rapidly changing situations and participate in clinical decisions.
• Educate patient and family on disease processes, care needs and safety.
• Delegate and monitor care within the nursing team.
• Maintain safety standards and infection control principles.
• Participate in orientation and performance improvement activities.
• Maintain professional competencies.
