gigBench seeks an owner-side Construction Project Manager to lead a sterile facility fit-out at a pharmaceutical site in Delaware. This is a full-time, on-site role for roughly one year, with an immediate start.

You will act as the owner's representative, holding the GC to schedule, cost and scope, and ensuring turnover readiness. You will run weekly progress meetings, validate the GC's schedule, review RFIs, change orders, and verify that field work aligns with drawings and CQV requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of owner-side construction management on process equipment.
• Proven ability to hold GC to schedule, cost and scope.
• Experience with CPM tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site through turnover and startup.

Responsabilités

• Lead weekly owner/GC progress meetings and track actions to closure.
• Verify GC schedule updates and require recovery plans when needed.
• Review field work for conformance to drawings and turnover packages.
• Coordinate with GC, trades, design, CQV, QA, Ops, EHS and facility stakeholders.
