Job summary

Utilities One is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to lead on-site execution across telecom, power, water, and data center infra projects in Greensboro, NC. You will coordinate field teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and per approved plans.

The role requires strong field leadership, attention to safety, and the ability to manage complex schedules and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive field project management experience in telecom, power, or utility sectors.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination with vendors, clients and authorities.
• Ability to read maps, construction drawings, and perform site safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, constructability, sequencing, and pre-construction readiness.
• Coordinate field teams, vendors, and management to meet schedules and permits.
• Ensure safety, compliance with drilling and construction standards, and quality of work.
• Maintain daily field reporting, GPS/GPM updates, and project documentation.
• Communicate with management and clients about progress, risks, and changes.
• Support field crews with training, tools, and resources to meet production goals.
