Utilities One Group is seeking a Field Project Manager in Greensboro, NC to lead on-site field execution, coordinate vendors, and maintain safety and quality across telecom, power, water, and data center projects. You will bridge field teams, management, and clients to ensure compliant, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• A valid unrestricted driver's license required.
• Ability to read maps and diagrams for fiber construction projects.
• Experience coordinating field crews and vendors on heavy civil tasks.
• Strong understanding of safety, permits, and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field execution and vendor oversight to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with management, clients, cities and jurisdictions as required.
• Review project scope, pre-construction readiness, and sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, permits, and field standards.
• Provide on-site leadership and maintain thorough project documentation.
