Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager in Peoria, IL to lead on-site field execution of construction projects across telecom, power, water, renewable energy and data center sectors. The role ensures crews and subcontractors are prepared, compliant, and productive, aligning with client and company standards.

As the on-site operational leader, you will bridge field teams, vendors, and management, oversee permits, locates, and safety, and drive efficient project delivery while maintaining

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
• Solid understanding of aerial and underground design/construction.
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme weather.
• Ability to read maps/drawings for fiber construction.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites within the market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field execution and coordination of construction projects.
• Lead on-site teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure safety and compliance.
• Review sites for scope, permits, and locates; manage pre-construction readiness.
• Monitor field production, QA/QC, and documentation; ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate with management on field challenges and changes.
