Job summary

Concentra is seeking an orthopedic surgeon to join on-site in Tukwila, WA as a 1099 independent contractor. The role involves treating musculoskeletal injuries and collaborating with medical and therapy teams to expedite return to work.

Flexible scheduling allows compatibility with your private practice, with compensation determined by a revenue share model. The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO, unencumbered licensing, board eligibility/certification in orthopedics, and malpractice insurance;

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited university.
• Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you on site.
• Licensure in the state of practice.
• Preferred experience in treating patients with work-related injuries.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients on-site for orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy providers and participate in case management.
• Communicate with employers and manage on-site patient care.
• Half a day per week or biweekly scheduling with flexibility to accommodate private practice.
