Job summary

Victaulic seeks an experienced Operations Project Execution Manager to lead cross-functional construction projects at our McMinnville, TN facility, reporting to the Plant Manager. You will drive execution, schedule, budget, and scope while coordinating internal teams, designers, suppliers, and partners.

In this role you’ll apply solid project management discipline to high-complexity, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensure safety and quality, and deliver on-time results within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of construction and heavy industrial project management experience.
• Knowledge of the 5 primary project phases and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional construction projects to meet schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams, designers, suppliers, and construction partners.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, KPIs, and risk mitigation.
• Provide regular project reporting and manage changes and cost variances.
• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure project alignment with business goals.
