Victaulic in McMinnville, TN seeks an experienced Operations Project Execution Manager to lead cross-functional construction projects, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and safety alignment. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, and coordination with designers, suppliers, and site teams.

The role requires strong PM discipline, the ability to manage multiple projects, and collaboration with stakeholders to meet scope and objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction and heavy industrial experience in project management or a related leadership role.
• Knowledge of project management principles, specifically the 5 primary project phases (Identification, Initiation, Definition, Execution, Closeout)
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to project sites and client locations
