Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible operations or management experience.
• 2+ years of direct employee supervision experience.
• Experience managing scheduling, service delivery, and customer issues.
• Working knowledge of budgets, payroll, costs, and basic financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily route execution, scheduling and transportation readiness.
• Lead Dispatcher, Fleet Coordinator and admin teams; set expectations.
• Resolve complaints professionally with parents, schools and clients.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle availability.
• Develop SOPs, weekly scorecards, and CEO reports.
• Support pricing decisions and capacity planning for growth.
• Model safety, reliability and customer experience in all actions.
