Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field preferred.
• Must have a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’s License.
• Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.
• Education/Certifications: One year related experience may substitute for one year of education.
• Must pass employment and deployment qualification requirements including psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks.

Responsibilities

• Project management, execution, and personnel supervision per PWS and V2X standards.
• On-site at all times during duty hours to oversee contracted operations.
• Prepare reports, enforce quality, safety, and performance standards; assist Site Manager with SOPs and metrics.
• Manage, inspect, and verify quality of work per PWS.
• Maintain a comprehensive quality and safety program per V2X, OSHA, and USAF requirements.
• Establish and maintain a documented, flexible training program.
• Safeguard government and contractor property (facilities, equipment, tools).
• Assist in managing subcontracts to support contract requirements.
• Ensure accurate completion of timesheets and follow time reporting procedures.
• Serve as Site Manager in absence; perform other duties as assigned.
